Test Your Username and Password

The most common error our customers make is that they type in their username or password improperly. To avoid this mistake, try typing your username and password in the above boxes. If you type them in correctly, you will receive a password authenticated message. If you type the password wrong, you will receive an incorrect password. If you type in the username incorrectly, then you will get an error message saying that username does not exist.

Remember that your username is always all lowercase and DOES NOT INCLUDE @allcom.net.

The password can have a mixture of upper and lowercase letters, depending on what you setup with us.Return to Installation Documentation
