What does the error message "unable to locate server, server does not have DNS entry" mean?

This is not the fault of your PC. This error message means that the page you are trying load is currently down or you were unable to reach it due to interference. The web page may have been removed, is down for revisions, or it is just very busy. If this message appears, try reloading the page. If it still does not load, try again later or the next day.

This message could also mean that you typed the web address in wrong. Web addresses have to be exact (upper and lower case).
