If e-mail has been working properly and a POP LOCK ERROR is
received, what must be done?
Pop lock errors usually occur when large attachments are included
with an e-mail and are waiting to be downloaded. Customers using
Outlook Express are most likely to see this error, especially
if using Outlook Express on a Macintosh. When downloading these
large attachments, the e-mail program may “time out”
and lock up your account on our server. If a pop lock error appears
-wait 30 minutes and the pop lock should go away.
If the Pop-Lock remains, please call the support line with your username.
