The Millenium 4 is a universal remote capable of operating more than just your set-top-box. The Audio, VCR, and TV buttons located at the top of the remote can be programmed for other devices in your entertainment cabinet. Do not program the CBL button as that controls your set-top-box.

Several web sites are helpful with instructions and set-up codes for your TV or VCR.

The RCA universal remote is also capable of operating more than just your set-top-box. The Aux and TV buttons located at the top of the remote can be programmed for other devices in your entertainment cabinet. Do not program the Video (on some remotes it is labeled at to-TV) button as that controls your set-top-box.
